People' Liberation Inc, the designer of high-end premium contemporary apparel under the brand names People's Liberation and William Rast announced that management will be presenting at the 10th Annual ICR XChange Conference, to be held on January 16-17, 2007, at The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa, Dana Point, Calif.
