Prime Retail to unveil 30 designer stores at Williamsburg

With a public grand opening that will unveil an additional 115,000 square feet slated for April 2008, Prime Retail, one of the largest and most successful developers of outlet centers in the country, announces a sneak preview tour for media representatives during the American Bus Association's Marketplace on Wed Feb. 6 at noon.

Continuously ranked one of the top ten shopping centers in the outlet industry and located just minutes from tourist hotspot Colonial Williamsburg, Prime Outlets - Williamsburg will add a food court and 30 of the hottest name brand stores to its rich merchant line-up including Burberry, True Religion, Lucky Brand Jeans and Icon along with first-time outlet store openings for full-price stores including American Eagle and Disney Outlet.

In addition, media representatives in attendance will have the opportunity to shop with Celebrity Stylist Mark-Alan Harmon as he identifies the five essential items needed to revolutionize a wardrobe during the sneak preview tour.

Prime Outlets - Williamsburg's newest merchants will join its more than 90 designer stores including Coach, Banana Republic Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, J. Crew, Dooney & Bourke, Nike Factory Store and Tommy Hilfiger.

When construction at the property is complete, Prime Outlets -Williamsburg will include 120 stores, making the outlet center the largest in the region.

"This expansion project represents our commitment to enhance the shopping experience for both tourists and our local shoppers alike," said Senior Vice President of Marketing Karen Fluharty.
