World Industries has partnered with apparel manufacturer Dynasty Apparel Industries to launch a young men's and boys apparel program. World Industries apparel will round out its existing business in skateboards, footwear, snow products and accessories already in the market.

John Dickinson, president of i.e. distribution, stated: “We are thrilled to have found a partner with a synergy so close to World Industries, a brand with a rich heritage in the action sports market. We believe with Dynasty's talent on the apparel side and with what we have accomplished with the footwear in North America, World Industries apparel has tremendous growth potential.”

World Industries is one of the most recognized and oldest skate brands in the action sports market. Founded in 1987 by professional skateboarders Steve Rocco and Rodney Mullen, World Industries was the brand that re-defined skateboarding into a street based activity, and this in turn drove skateboarding's massive growth through the 1990s.

We are excited to have partnered up with World Industries said Ignacio Mendez, president of Dynasty Apparel and Dino-Di Milano Corp. We've been looking to partner up with the right brand in the “skate and action sports” segment and with World's brand recognition and heritage we have found the right partner.

We are very impressed with the breadth of World's product. Their expertise in the core Action Sports marketplace enables them to develop meaningful product for the footwear, skate and snow consumer that reverberates through all distribution channels. Their passion is evident throughout their entire product lines and energizes our development team.
