Lady J Jewelry Designs announced that it will be unveiling its Fall 2008 collection, Sweet Leaf, at Women's Wear Daily MAGIC, to be held February 12th-15th at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Inspired by nature and movement, this controversial new line incorporates drifting leaf patterns with real quills & green tourmaline stones for subtle elements of danger and eye-catching effects of flux. The result is elegant, wearable and 'natureful' jewelry that continuously transforms itself.

“My affection and concern for our rainforests inspired many of the design elements of this new collection,” says Jessica D'Amico, founder and Head Designer at Lady J Jewelry Designs.

“These natural habitats throughout South America and Southeast Asia are being decimated, destroying the homes of rare fauna, like the tropical porcupine. The ROAR! Earrings speak to this issue. Accordingly, a portion of our profits from the Sweet Leaf collection will be donated to various rainforest action groups.”

Intertwining leaf motifs, red leather, and genuine quills found in the wild, the strikingly beautiful ROAR! Earrings yield a dramatic statement of protection with a silent yet tempting aura of danger.

The Pinnate Necklace is another attention-grabbing piece whose swaying leaf trio exudes both nature and understated sophistication. Paired with the Falling Acacia Earrings, the ensemble turns heads with Mother Earth's balance of power and femininity.

Buyers and press interested in Sweet Leaf are invited to visit Lady J Jewelry Designs at WWDMAGIC Booth AC 41926, where the 19-piece collection will be on display for its worldwide launch.

Founded in 2003, Lady J Jewelry Designs is a New York City based company formed to challenge the pre-conceived ideas of jewelry design. Jessica D'Amico, the Head Designer, employs a philosophy of pioneering innovation and meticulous craftsmanship.
