Cosmoprof North America will present Secrets to Developing a Successful Private Label Business in conjuction wtih Private Label Magazine. This is the first time organizers have dedicated a special conference to the private label market.

This event will provide attendees with insight from successful players involved in the various aspects of the private label business as they know what is involved with effectively developing a private label product.

Secrets to Developing a Successful Private Label Business is a must attend for small and medium size businesses as well as manufacturers who would like to become more involved in this lucrative market.

Nearly every major chain with more than 1,000 locations in prestige or mass has at least a 30-40% private label mix whether its prestige private labels, National Brand Equivalent (NBE) products, or everyday products – this is definitely an opportunity worth exploring by all small and medium companies with more than one location.

This workshop is available to all Cosmoprof North America attendees at no additional charge. Pam Busiek, President of CBI Laboratories, will focus on how to create a private label for small businesses such as salons, spas, and small retail shops.

Busiek will also show a brief PowerPoint presentation with what a prospective client should look at when evaluating a private label manufacturer, including important questions to ask.

Karen Young, Owner of The Young Group and former Vice President of Advertising and Marketing for Lancôme, will give a brief market overview of private labels in beauty.
