Falguni & Shane presented Women Doll at WLWF

A luxury prêt collection was presented by the designer duo Falguni & Shane Peacock in the second last show of the last day.
They successfully experimented with colorful digital prints for flowing resort wear ensembles. The fabrics showed a collage of animal prints and flowers in rainbow colors and were superimposed with crystals and beads.
The collection is called “Women Doll” which reflects the designer duo's signature design approach to fulfilling a women's desire to be perceived as sensuous, lavish and tres chic.
The feline silhouettes draped seductively around the figure thus creating a very curvaceous contour.
The collection included gowns, shift dresses, shirt dresses, kaftans and ballooning styles.
Colors were bright, bold and were an interesting blend of cool muted blues and greens along with vibrant and energetic red sand pinks.
Three dimensional voluminous textures which emulated roses in unusual shades of peaches and greys were used for entire dresses.
Other design features such as pleats, cowls, empire lines, frills, blouson tops, peg skirts and wrap skirts completed the overall dynamic line.
In the finale line up Falguni & Shane Peacock have successfully concluded yet other experiment of their kaleidoscopic vision for fall 08.
