The largest author fashion event in Brazil will be held from March 31 to April 5 with a broad schedule of activities in Fortaleza (CE).

Dragão of All Arts. That is Dragão Fashion Brasil's concept this year, signaling the broadening of the country's largest author fashion event's relations with cinema, arts and crafts and other cultural manifestations.

The event reaches its 9th edition reformulated and with an expanded concept. ABIT, through the Texbrasil Program, created in partnership with Apex-Brasil, supports the event bringing international journalists.

Fashion's dialogue with art will spotlight Ceará as a cultural promotion center. Two big events in the state calendar are DFB partners in 2008: the Abril Fair and Cine Ceará, which will have exhibits especially prepared for the period.

The event returns to its origins, the Dragão do Mar Art and Culture Center, in 2008, which is where the first editions were held. That is where the closing of the event will be held.

The schedule continues at the Edson Queiroz Convention Center, with three fashion shows, communication vehicle lounges, stands for participating companies, art gallery, Casa do Dragão and complete food court with seven environments. "Dragão Thinking Fashion" will promote three days of meetings between professionals from the involved areas and guests.

Now in its ninth year, the DFB is part of the national fashion calendar and it will be enjoyed by both Brazilian and foreign press.

A definite destination for those who work with fashion and understand the subject, each edition attracts nearly 10 thousand people daily. The even will receive master sponsorship from Santana Textil do Brasil and C&A. Check out some of the novelties at DFB 2008.
