Maurizio Bonas to develop seasonal collections at Vimal

Vimal, the flagship textile brand of Reliance Industries Limited opened its second exclusive retail store at KG Road in Bangalore.
Vimal, the first Indian textile brand that ruled the hearts of millions is back with contemporary products that will appeal to the fashion savvy consumers and offer contemporary shopping experience.
In this relaunch phase Vimal is all set to offer its customers the best that the fashion world has to offer. A step in this direction has been Vimal's association with Maurizio Bonas, the wellknown and reputed designer and master suit-craftsman from Italy who is based in Florence.
Maurizio Bonas is the President of the “Italian Council of Made in Italy” and has been associated with famous tailors and companies such as Franco Ziche (Cachemere Knitwear), Margaret Howell of London, Hayashida of Tokyo, Lardini (Filottrano Ancona, Italy) and Stefano Ricci of Florence, Italy.
He is also a fashion coordinator and is collaborating with the Architecture University of Florence for coordination research in the fashion world of men and women. His new company, G.B. Studio di Maurizio Bonas S.A.S is established in Florence, Italy.
Mr.Bonas has been associated with Vimal since last year, in its endeavor to train leading suitmakers in the metro cities, on the art of making fine quality Italian suits, as part of the “Vimal Master Craftsmen Initiative”.
Maurizio Bonas will develop seasonal collections for both apparel and fabrics at Vimal to re- define fashion for the New Indian along with giving his valuable inputs on Visual Merchandising at the exclusive Vimal stores.
Along with revamping its collection, Vimal will offer a shopping ambience that reflects an international retail design and architecture. The redesigned Vimal showrooms reflect the bold new spirit of Vimal, along with its brand new identity.
In addition to premium and innovative products at delightful prices, Vimal will offer its customers premium shopping experiences and enhanced facilities, such as custom tailoring and styling – through these newly redesigned Vimal exclusive stores.
