Isabella Fiore acquisition to expand FAB/Starpoint portfolio

Steve Russo, President and CEO of FAB/Starpoint has announced the complete acquisition and purchase of all trademark and other assets of the luxury handbag manufacturer Isabella Fiore.

The acquisition of Isabella Fiore by FAB/Starpoint expands the company's portfolio from licensed and private label manufacturing to privately owned brands.

This opens an entirely new distribution channel and enhances their overall industry strength. FAB/Starpoint is committed to building on the powerful Isabella Fiore label enabling them to be a more agile and focused brand to accomplish the strategic objectives planned for 2009 and beyond.
