Income from Pantaloon operations increases by 57.28%

Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited, part of the Future Group, declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, wherein the Gross Income (Rs.1474.92 Crore) for the quarter increased by 63.1 per cent; Income from operations (Rs.1354.34 crore) increased by 57.28 per cent; Profit before Tax (Rs.50.60 crore) increased by 74.4 per cent and Net Profit (Rs.32.10 crore) increased by 71.47 per cent.
The Meeting of the Board of Directors was held as scheduled i.e. 26th April 2008.
