Chairman of Surana Corp resigns

Surana Corporation Ltd has informed that Shri. G R Surana Chairman of the Company has rendered his resignation during the Board Meeting held on May 03, 2008.
The same was accepted after detailed discussion and placed on record his valuable service and contribution made to the Company during his tenure.
The Board decided to relieve the Chairman for his duties and responsibilities with effect from May 03, 2008.
