Students scoop top prizes at ASBCI Student Design Award finals

The ASBCI student design award, now in its 14th year, is one of two national student awards to support and showcase new talent coming into the fashion industry. Run by the ASBCI student membership committee, the ASBCI Annual Student Design Award and the ASBCI Annual Dissertation Award are open to all final year students studying at fashion colleges throughout the UK.
The ASBCI student membership committee was established to give students working towards design, technical and laboratory testing, textile design, retail business and many other related qualifications a greater practical and commercial understanding of the fashion industry. In addition to student seminars and conferences students receive a special introductory pack with a full ASBCI member contact listing, two annual bulletins and discounted prices on further ASBCI technical manuals. Students also gain crucial access to relevant work placements and technical visits to key industry sites for just £35 membership per annum.
