The Company is also providing guidance for its second quarter ending June 30, 2008.
For the second quarter, the Company expects to report revenues of approximately $31 million, compared with $33 million for the second quarter of 2007.
Excluding one-time litigation expenses of $0.4 million, the Company expects to report net income between $0.5 and $0.6 million, or between $0.02 and $0.03 per diluted share, compared with net income of $1,200,000, or $0.05 per diluted share in the year-ago second quarter.
