Create your personalised designs on bags & backpacks
Jul '08
With a sea of standard messenger bags and backpacks available to consumers, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. Today, Case Logic announces the launch of their new Artist Series Collection, which encourages consumers to put their own creative design on bags from the collection.

To mark the launch of this new line of backpacks and messenger bags, Case Logic is hosting a consumer contest where entrants can create their own designs and have their peers vote on their favorites for a chance to win prizes.

Case Logic's new Artist Series Collection allows kids, teens, adults and artists of all ages to create their own unique designs on the bags they carry everyday. The Artist Series messenger bags and backpacks offer designated laptop storage, as well as compartments for books, binders and papers. The 100% cotton canvas, blank messenger bags and backpacks come with a Sharpie artist pen, do-it-yourself templates and instructions to help get them started.

The “Your Art, Our Bag” contest will showcase the individuality of Case Logic customers, as they doodle and draw on their Artist Series messenger bags and backpacks to express their personal style. Participants can upload images of their tagged bags onto caselogic.com with consumers commenting and voting on their favorites through October 31, 2008.

Individual prizes will be awarded to winners in two age groups, those under 18 and those over 18. A grand prize winner in each group will receive $1,000 cash, plus a $500 caselogic.com shopping spree. Two runners up will receive $250 cash plus a $250 caselogic.com shopping spree.
