The well established and one of the favourite designers of Malaysia Rizalman Ibrahim will once again set the ramp on fire on August 10.

The designer has taken inspiration from a famous hollywood movie Sex and The City, for creating pre-spring Resort Collection 2008, which will be showcased at Carcosa Seri Negara Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

The latest range of stylish garments will also bring forward the coming together of Italian fabric manufacture Brenna and Rizalman Ibrahim. The collaboration will help Malaysian fashionistas to enjoy the feel of fine Italian cloth that could be designed in desired manner.

Rizalman is combining two to three fabrics for creating each garment which would highlight the stunning and magnificent range of fabrics that are available with Brenna, the Italian fabric manufacturer. The designs for this collection are simple as the couturier wants to bring the fabric in notice and not the garment.

For spelling magic over the fashion savvies of Kuala Lumpur, the designer has picked up chiffon, silk and satin in polka dots, wild stripes and even plain fabrics that will have straight and perfect cuts.

Brenna has been supplying fabrics for more than 60 years to some of the most renowned world houses of the world. It is now launching its store in Pavilion KL that will allow customers to buy products directly from them.
