HobNob Wines, imported by W.J. Deutsch & Sons Ltd, (Deutsch) was exclusively featured at the launch of celebrity Camila Alves' new Muxo line of premium handbags, benefiting Stand Up To Cancer.

Launched at a star studded charity event in Los Angeles at the high end Kitson Studio, Alves' Muxo handbags are hand crafted from the finest Brazilian materials.

HobNob, the new, approachable, sociable wine for those looking to connect with each other, was the only wine served at this celebrity packed event, where every detail, including the wine, was selected to reflect the cutting edge style of the occasion.

Attendees of the event included Matthew McConaughey, Lance Armstrong, Cynthia Daniel, Terri Seymour, Jake Weber, Samantha Harris, Perez Hilton, Aimee Carcia, Christian Audigier, and Katie Chonacas, each of whom were given the HobNob Guide to Social Mastery, a tongue in cheek guide to everything from wine and food pairing to do's and don'ts on dating, as a gift.

"We are thrilled that HobNob, whose mantra is 'at the center of it all,' is becoming the wine of choice for celebrities around the country, while supporting worthy causes such as cancer research.

In this way HobNob mirrors the philosophy of its growing Millennial fan base prioritizing social networking and social consciousness simultaneously.

We always see increased traffic on our 'nobbing' social networking after these events, meaning that HobNob is bringing likeminded, style conscious people together," said Nicolas Ronteix, Brand Director for HobNob at Deutsch.

HobNob is making a tradition of sponsoring social events that draw big names for good causes. The launch of Muxo handbags for example raised money for Stand Up To Cancer, a not for profit charity, by benefitting from the auction of Alves' celebrity autographed handbags.

In April of this year, HobNob was also featured at Touched by A Star in Michigan, another star studded affair benefitting cancer research.

"We're getting more and more requests for HobNob by the event organizers to the A-listers," confides Ronteix, "So we're prioritizing those events that benefit the most worthy causes."

The target consumer for HobNob has found a wine with a conscience, and has taken not only the causes, but the wines on board as well.
