MosShoes Autumn edition to be held in March 2009

MosShoes is a fair of the shoe industry and generally takes place in spring (MosShoes Spring) and in autumn (MosShoes Autumn) on 24 - 27 September, 2008 at CROCUS Exhibition Centre - Moscow, Russia.
This fair is presented by the MosShoe Organizing Committee, National Footwear Association, 117838 Moscow, Russia, Profsoyuznaya str. 3, office 440. Starting Autumn 2005 the exhibition takes place in two different facilities, the exhibition center Gostiny Dvor and the newly restored exhibition hall Manege. Both facilities are located in the center of Moscow, right next to the Kremlin and the Red Square.
About 300 exhibitors are now enabled to present their products on a net space of 10.000 square meters. The exhibitors both are Russian and foreign companies. Up to now, exhibitors of many countries have joined the MosShoes, which are in detail Austria, White Russia, China, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia and Montenegro, Spain and Turkey.
The organizer of the German exhibition group is the “Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie” (BMWi) in collaboration with the “Ausstellungs- und Messeausschuss der deutschen Wirtschaft e.V" (AUMA). The “expotec gmbh“ is responsible for the execution. A representativ of the “Hauptverband der Deutschen Schuhindustrie e.V.”(HDS) will answer questions at the information desk.
Visitors of MosShoes will be presented women's shoes, men's shoes and children's shoes, as well as leather goods, bags and shoe care products. Mainly, MosShoes should address potential purchasers of Russia and the Russian neighbouring states.
The next MosShoes will be held in March 2009.
