Shri Shankersinh Vaghela to attend 24th IAF World Apparel Convention

A unique session has been added to the 24th IAF World Apparel Convention, which will be held in Maastricht (The Netherlands) on October 29th – 31st, 2008. The overall theme of the convention, Changing Consumer Needs and the Future of Fashion Business, will conclude with a session entitled Consumer and Production Trends in Asia.
Renowned speakers have accepted to speak during this session and will provide delegates with information that is worthy of note. The speakers include Mr. John Cheh, Vice Chairman & CEO of Esquel Group of Companies (Hong Kong) and Mr. Harminder Sahni, Managing Director Technopak (India).
IAF is honored to announce that the Textile Minister of India, H.E. Shankersinh Vaghela, will also attend the convention and share his insights on the topic. To wrap up the session, Mr. Rahul Mehta, President of the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) will introduce the 25th IAF World Apparel Convention to be held in November 2009 in Delhi.
