Ms Sullivan to develop fashion show strategies for Phat Fashions

Phat Fashions, a division of Kellwood Company announced the appointment of Kate Sullivan as vice president of marketing and public relations.
In this role, Sullivan will be responsible for collaborating with key executives in overseeing the full lifestyle management of the brands Baby Phat, KLS, Phat Premium and Phat Classic.
She will also be responsible for developing fashion show strategies from inception thru execution and associated PR and marketing initiatives.
A seasoned executive with over 20 years in the consumer goods sector, Sullivan brings a wealth of marketing and brand building expertise to Phat Fashions.
Most recently, she served as director of marketing and brand management at Diane Von Furstenberg Studio, LLP. At DVF, she spearheaded all branding and marketing activities for the iconic fashion designer and executed strategies along all channels of communication.
Prior to that, she was with Diane Von Furstenberg Beauty/Inter Parfums USA, LLC as vice president of global sales and marketing, where she served as a liaison between cosmetic/fragrance licensee and fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg to develop sales strategy for a new luxury cosmetic brand in highly competitive marketplace. Sullivan also held key roles at Nars Cosmetics Inc. / Shiseido, Yves Saint Laurent Beaute, and Revlon Inc.
