President of Esmod Intl visits Fashion University in Dubai

The president of the French institution, Founder and Director of ESMOD Tokyo Satoru Nino congratulated the French Fashion University Esmod on its historical fame in short period of time, and applauded the high level of performance of both the administrative and teaching bodies of the university, commenting on the effectiveness of the curricula.

This came during President Nino's visit to the University's campus in Dubai Academic City after he met with the mentor's board to discuss new expansion projects earlier last week.
During his visit, President Nino toured the different training rooms and labs at the university, and had a chance to meet with students discussing their projects and their education.

He was accompanied by Mrs. Mary Nino, his wife and welcomed by Mrs. Tamara Hostal, Director of French Fashion University Esmod, Principal and Design Director Denis Ravizza and members of the Teaching panel.

Mrs. Tamara Hostal, Director of French Fashion University Esmod commented: "It is an honor to welcome President Nino on campus as we shared his ideas and opinions; Mr. Nino is a principle member of ESMOD International with 13 years of experience of international fashion and Director of Esmod Japan. We are looking forward to many student exchanges with Esmod Tokyo & Osaka."

During the lunch ceremony held at his honor, President Nino complimented the level of Fashion market in the UAE, stressing that the French Fashion University Esmod in Dubai was a true model of a successful Esmod Institution, confirmed by its students' recent achievements and awards."

Meanwhile, while President Nino was visiting, on the other side of town, 35 students of the Three years program at French Fashion University Esmod where assisting at the backstage of world-renowned Italian luxury brand Salvatore Ferragamo fashion show, in Madinat Jumeirah.

The students assisted Salvatore Ferragamo models, beauticians and stylists, to create the final look for the spectacular fashion show held for the official launch of the Pentominium project were the Ferragamo Group had announced their new mission to define the interior design of some exclusive penthouses in the Pentominium building in Dubai.

Certified by the French Ministry of Education in Paris France and KHDA (The Knowledge and Human Development Authority) in Dubai, the university offers undergraduate & postgraduate courses including a B.A. degree in Fashion Design & Pattern Drafting, Merchandising Training for retailers and individuals, Branding private consulting sessions. Currently the registration is open for a new three years batch to begin in January 2009.
