Bently Holdings, a private asset holdings and management company that oversees real property investments, welcomes Gucci into its historic Union Square building at 240 Stockton Street.

Gucci is a global fashion brand with retail locations around the world. Bently Holdings mandates that its tenant build-outs be LEED certified in order to ensure adherence to its own environmental standards.

“We are truly excited to open our doors to Gucci,” says Christopher Bently, CEO of Bently Holdings. “Gucci is a distinguished global fashion brand that has made a commitment to green business practices by choosing 240 Stockton Street as the location for its new boutique.”

“We require that all of our tenants build out their spaces to strict 'green' standards,” explains Bently Holdings President Amber Marie Bently, “and Gucci has demonstrated through its new luxurious boutique that it is possible to be gorgeous and green. We hope they will serve as an example of green design that will inspire others.”

In addition to 240 Stockton St., Bently Holdings owns several landmark buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area that include the historic Bently Reserve at 301 Battery St. The Bently Reserve is a LEED certified office building and special events destination for weddings, corporate meetings and charity fundraisers.
