Week of utter fabulousness at L'Oreal Fashion Week

Attendees included Lauren Holly, Lynda Prince, Noir's Peter Halpin, FT's Mary Kitchen, Wendy Natale, More's Linda Lewis, Catherine Nugent, Alexandra Weston, Suzanne Cohon, Lindsay Allen, Ashleigh Dempster, Ainsley Kerr to name a few.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce held an onsite evening reception honouring the awarded students of the Milan Bursary program. The program was launched last March at L'Oreal Fashion Week by the ICCT and the FDCC to send Torontonian students to study their Masters in Fashion in Milan. The Deputy Mayor Joe Pantalone joined Robin Kay and the ICCT to celebrate this momentous program between Twin Cities, Milan and
Toronto.
Fashion Television's onsite studio, FDCC TV, returned for its 3rd season and conducted live one-on-one interviews between designers and hosts Jeanne Beker, Glen Baxter and
Mary Kitchen.
Additional Celebrity and VIP attendance for the Spring 2009 Collections included Fritz Helder and the Phantoms, Kurt Browning, Raptor Chris Bosh, great Canadian models Tara Davidson, Yasmine, Tara Gill, and Amanda Lane; actors Natalie Brown, Amanda Brugel, Ennis Esmer, Marcel Jones and Inga Cadranel.
Among others were singers Deborah Cox, Dru, JDiggs, Divine Brown and Eva Avila; MTV Live's Dan Levy and Jessi Cruickshank; OCAD President Sam Diamond; Steven Sabados and Chris Hyndman; renowned cultural author Richard Florida and wife Rana; John Tory; The Honourable Sandra Pupatella; MP Dr. Ruby Dhalla; Janice Price CEO of Luminato and many more.
