Ms Kady to synchronize CHRS product development activities

Charming Shoppes Inc and Fashion Bug announced that Kady Dalrymple has been appointed Sr. Vice President, Design and Product Development, for the Company's Fashion Bug brand, effective immediately.
Kady is a seasoned fashion apparel executive who brings three decades of extensive leadership design and product development experience. Kady's recent background includes the position of Executive Vice President and Fashion Director of Express, a division, at that time, of Limited Brands Inc.
Previous to Express, she was instrumental in the start up of DKNY as their Vice President of Merchandising. Her experience also includes merchandise leadership roles with Perry Ellis, Anne Klein and Saks Fifth Avenue. She will report to Jay Levitt, President of the Company's Fashion Bug brand.
Jay Levitt, President of Fashion Bug commented, "Kady will play a leadership role in the Company's vertical specialty store model initiative, which is a key strategy to integrate and synchronize our product development activities. This strategic imperative will speed up the process from design concept to the customer and enable Fashion Bug to design and create merchandise with a unique fashion point of view that will meet the needs of our core customer base."
