Alexon appoints Mr Moulds as Non-Executive Director

Alexon Group plc announces that Adrian Moulds, MA, FCA, is appointed non-executive director with effect from 13 November 2008. Adrian, aged 60, is a director of Adrisu Consultants Limited which provides consultancy and interim management services to the retail and distribution sectors.
He previously served for 12 years as finance director of the Fashion Retail Division of Coats Viyella Plc.
The Company confirms that Mr Moulds has no further disclosures to make in accordance with Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
John Beale, non-executive director, will retire from the Board on 31 January 2009. Sincere thanks are due to Mr Beale for the valuable contribution he has made to the business over the last three years.
Alexon Group plc's principal activity is retailing ladies' and men's clothing and footwear.
He previously served for 12 years as finance director of the Fashion Retail Division of Coats Viyella Plc.
