Lakme Fashion Week from March 27 - 31

After an extraordinary season in October 2008, India's most prestigious fashion and trade event - Lakmé Fashion Week (LFW), Fall–Winter 2009 season will be held from Friday, 27th March to Tuesday, 31st March '09.
In an endeavor to engage better with the Fashion Designer and Buyer Community this forthcoming season, at a bigger venue, LFW will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai, one of the world leaders in luxury business hotels.
In the past two seasons the participating designers have increased 31.5 percent from 57 in March '08 to 77 designers in October '08. LFW is growing rapidly season on season. Hence the need for a larger and multi-dimensional venue. Grand Hyatt will cater to the event with its elegant architecture, multi-dimensional lifestyle complex and large state-of-the-art infrastructure.
