Tissu Premier - two profitable days for fashion industry

Now, more than ever, it is time to make use of the creative energy of the men and women who participate to Tissu Premier, and to begin your fashion year 2009 in their company.

With 5,000 expected visitors, the principal consideration of each of the 200 exhibitors, 96% of whom come from all over Europe, is their end-customer i.e.

THE consumer, who now holds the reins. We no longer know what to expect from him; he wants to buy when he wants and where he wants. His expectations are forever changing and, not only do we have to guess what they are, but we also have to stay one step ahead.

Tissu Premier will take place during 21 and 22 January 2009 at Lille Grand Palais.

Therefore, we are inviting you to Tissu Premier which, once again, provides solutions and services, new ideas and creativity, trends and information, so that manufacturers, designers and creators can offer their end-customers answers to their fashion market demands.

Two profitable days in which you can show your optimism by raising your glass (not halfempty but half-full)!

Expo ULTRA-WHITE
The 10th Expo Designers welcome visitors at the top of the stairs, promoting THE white shirt, in seven different versions created in linen by well-known designers who are crazy about linen fabrics: Stella Cadente, Libeco, Ken Okada, Karine Arabian, Jean-Paul Knott for Cerrutti, Nathalie Dumeix, Papagena (expo created by the Confédération Européenne du Lin & du Chanvre [European Linen & Jute Confederation). This display shows the elegance and luminosity of fashion by promoting a basic item of clothing which will never become outdated.

Along side these designers, the Maisons de Mode designers illuminate 10 silhouettes dressed in white in a stage-set of the Dutch design agency, stijlinstituut amsterdam.
Fashion network : the Summer 2010 Forum Inspired by design and architecture, the forum which facilitates the setting up of meetings and networks favours a rapid and easy awareness of the main points.

Colour coding, signposting, interior/exterior design, 10 screens display fashion information on finished products. Summer fashion trends for 2010 are displayed on the women's, casual and children's fashion tables. On each table, you will find the essential markers of the fabric collection.

Tissu Premier prescribes a radical order of good humour and zen for Summer 2010.

Colours
ULTRA WHITE/the choice of white – a new page is turned, radical, constructive, peaceful, bright, darkness and light, just like paper, cut into shapes, crumpled, fragile and delicate.

ULTRA NATURE/at the heart of the azure sky, water, minerals, plants which camouflage, chameleon, glistening, wet, marine, airy, simple.

ULTRA SUN/a range which is cosmetic, solar, ethnically diverse, fiery, amber, sensual, powdery, honey coloured, ethical, traditional.

ULTRA FLASH/colours which are tonic, extravert, flashy, gleaming, vibrant, brilliant, iridescent, sugary and gourmet.
