MAGIC continues to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to offering the industry's widest variety of new resources in one easy-to-navigate location with a dynamic restructuring of its men's floor for the February 2009 marketplace.

To better highlight the collection of MAGIC's brands and trends leading the menswear market, the show's hugely successful Street and S.L.A.T.E. areas will join the anticipated debut of Premium at MAGIC and a new Concourse platform where industry greats such as DKNY, Nautica and Nicole Farhi will sit alongside a curated assortment of the UK's top trend-setters including Sir Tom Baker, Unconditional and Maharishi, in the Las Vegas Convention Center's Central Hall.

Reflecting the entire spectrum of menswear, the best assortment of industry leaders and the most exciting new brands emerging in the market in one place, MAGIC exhibitors and attendees will benefit from the company's extensive redesign, new, more cost-effective booth systems, unique lounge environments and a wide variety of exciting networking events.

"MAGIC attendees return each season to find the industry's finest new resources in one convenient location, and we are always looking for ways to support the market's needs and remain that leading portal," said Chris DeMoulin, President, MAGIC International and Executive Vice President, The Advanstar Fashion Group. "As consumer buying behaviors change and adapt, we will do the same, remaining one step ahead and ensuring that MAGIC remains the most effective forum for the business of fashion in the world."

As MAGIC continues to expand its offerings, WWDMAGIC will also unveil a more varied platform for women's fashion, now playing host to WWDMAGIC Accessories, formerly located at the Las Vegas Hilton, as well as the debut of the much anticipated Premium at WWDMAGIC and the second edition of ECollection.

Each showcase on both the men's and women's show floors will be distinguished and maintain its authenticity, with a modern approach to exhibitions, a controlled creative environment and clever adjacencies throughout. With natural synergies that mirror what's happening at retail, a single sound system, a centralized registration area and pockets of cutting-edge, first-time exhibitors, MAGIC's fall season will be teaming with equal parts energy, buzz and business.

"The upcoming changes by MAGIC make great sense," said Don Zuidema, owner of LASC. "As a retailer, it is important to be able to cover as many categories as possible in a timely manner. Often we have not had the opportunity to see some of the categories on display and could very well have missed new vendors that could be a part of our store."

Moreover, MAGIC has worked diligently to offer its customers all the information, activity and cost-efficient tools necessary for a fantastic show experience including, but not limited to, discounted accommodations, a variety of complimentary VIP transportation options, MAP YOUR SHOW technology, an of-the-moment seminar series, cocktail parties and special events, and strategically staggered show dates and times throughout The MAGIC Marketplace.

The February 2009 MAGIC marketplace will run from February 17-19.
