'BEIJING'S CHIC' trade show to have potential of 300 million buyers

In November 2006, WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE were the first fairs to show an interest for China. It signed a partnership with the only Chinese fashion trade show, the CHIC, organized by the Chinese National Clothing Federation, taking place once a year, in March. This year BEIJING'S CHIC TRADE SHOW will be held on March 26 - 29, 2009.

With more than 600 exhibitors and 50,000 visitors, the CHIC is a reference on the Chinese market, enjoying a potential of more than 300 million buyers on the middle to top range ready-to wear segment!

For 2 years, WHO'S NEXT and PREMIERE CLASSE have been advising their exhibitors on the best approach for a successful establishment in China, a country which Europeans have always had a hard time to comprehend. Each year, they take along 30 brands at the CHIC to present their collections in a common WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE pavilion, right in the heart of the trade show.

This year, the CHIC has also asked WHO'S NEXT and PREMIERE CLASSE to present the winter 09-10 trends as part of a trend forum.
