GCFW to support search for Series 2 Designers program

Gold Coast Fashion Week (GCFW) is proud to support Arena TV and Project Runway Australia's search for Series 2 Designers. Project Runway Australia is searching for the 'next big thing' in fashion and Australia's most talented designers! Applications are now open for the 2009 series of the incredibly successful program 'Project Runway Australia'.

Project Runway is looking for raw talent and untapped potential on the Gold Coast. Fashion design must be your passion and your skills up to the task. Project Runway and Gold Coast Fashion Week are unprecedented opportunities to launch your fashion career.

The 2008 winner of Project Runway Australia, Julie Grbac, went from her backyard operation in Brisbane to a household name and will launch her own line this year.

Anyone interested in attending Gold Coast Fashion Week 2009 events can register as a “GCFW Delegate”. By registering to become a GCFW delegate you will get many benefits, including:
• Advance notice of the release of tickets to Gold Coast Fashion Week Events.
• Priority seating (Special reserved areas at each event for delegates).
• Access to GCFW Delegate invite only events.
• Discount at selected retail stores.
