Mr Hillebrandt resigns from lifestyle marketer Deckers

Deckers Outdoor Corporation announced that Thomas R. Hillebrandt has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Assistant Secretary effective March 20, 2009 in order to pursue other opportunities.
A search for Mr. Hillebrandt's successor has been initiated. Zohar Ziv, the Company's current Chief Operating Officer and former Chief Financial Officer, will function as principal financial and accounting officer until a replacement has been appointed.
Angel Martinez, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "On behalf of the Company and the Board of Directors, I want to thank Tom for his many contributions. We wish him every success in the future."
