CrabtreeHandbags.com LLC announces its entrance into the highly competitive online leather handbag market in the United States.

Known as Bolsas Crabtree in Guadalajara, Mexico, this family owned company creates and sells both leather and non-leather styles of handbags. They also carry both men's and women's wallets as well as ladies' shoes and a line of travel luggage. CrabtreeHandbags.com LLC hopes to offer the full catalogue by year's end 2009.

Bolsas Crabtree serves over 1,000 specialty boutiques, as well as over one hundred home-based sales associates in Latin America, and hopes to significantly expand that base here in the United States. No plans call for American home-based sales at this time, although that may change in time, depending on sales volume.

Bolsas Crabtree General President Gerard R. Velasco says, "We understand the American economy is not as strong as it can be, but we feel by entering now with our leather styles, we can be in a great position when things finally turn around." All the styles are designed by family members, including siblings Patricia and Teresa Crabtree.

Although the American handbag market is extremely competitive and difficult to penetrate, CrabtreeHandbags.com LLC believes that by offering trendy handbag styles at reasonable prices, customers will welcome the new player in town. All of their handbag styles are offered in a wide variety of sizes and shapes.

CrabtreeHandbags.com LLC also offers Eco-Friendly Chic Sacs. These are nylon bags that refold to the size of credit cards for the green consumers.

"Deciding to go online was a long and thoughtful process," states President of U.S. Sales, Roy Garcia. "It's no mystery that times are tough for the American consumer, so we researched this endeavor long and hard before moving forward." The company is launching sales with their all leather styles first, followed by non-leather models as sales progress and the economy rebounds.

Reviews on the website concerning customer purchases have been very positive. Patricia Gomez of California writes, "I love this bag. The color and size are great. The quality is outstanding and the bag looks rich and fashionable." The company plans to possibly launch a web blog in the near future.
