James Avery announces 50th store opening in its 55th year

James Avery, a family-owned jewelry retailer, announces the opening of their 50th store in Georgetown, Texas on April 10, 2009. The new store is located at Wolf Ranch Town Center, 1019 W. University Avenue, Georgetown, Texas. The store features an extensive selection of hand-crafted designs offered in numerous metals, sizes and gemstones. The Wolf Ranch store hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

With the addition of the Wolf Ranch store, James Avery operates a total of 50 stores across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Louisiana and Georgia. This 50th store landmark comes in James Avery's 55th year of business. Paul Avery, Executive Vice President, explains the success behind the brand: “We believe that meaningful expressions between people are timeless and that there is always a market for beautiful art at a reasonable price. In challenging times, people lean more heavily on the lasting values and relationships that really matter and we seem to fit with that. We plan to not be overly ambitious but rather grow wisely and steadily so we can maintain quality in the total customer experience from product quality to caring service.”

Guests are invited to attend the Grand Opening Event at the new location on Thursday, April 30th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be available and guests will have the opportunity to enter special drawings for jewelry and other prizes, and members of the Avery family will be present to welcome guests and celebrate the store opening. In appreciation of customers' support, the Wolf Ranch store will make a donation to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Georgetown at the event.

From a one man endeavor in his mother-in-law's garage, James Avery has grown into a team of 1,400 designers, craftsmen, sales associates and support staff offering unique designs to customers throughout the nation. This August, James Avery's anticipated opening at The Summit in Birmingham, Alabama will be the company's next venture into a new market.
