Celebrate spring with sexy Sirup

Spring will be celebrated by the boho-girls and pirate-chicks in a beautiful, feminine and funky collection from the Danish fashion brand Sirup. A trip on the seven seas and then off to Woodstock. This is how to describe the Spring 2009 colletion from Sirup.

The designer team from the Danish fashion brand have been inspired by the pirates and bohemians which makes it easy to create a super chick and funky style.

Pure urban piracy
Be prepared to be blown out of the water. As a tribute to the pirate of all times, the illustrious Jack Sparrow and his crew.

This spring Sirup will take you on a journey to the seven seas. The girly touch is inspired by the beautiful Elizabeth Swann with her heavy lace dresses and her pirate pants used with a shirt and waistcoat but everything in a 2009 updated version, where funky denim and heavy-washed canvas plays a significant part.

Heavy embroidery on light weight gauze fabrics, nautical stripes in black and cream with funky prints soften up the masculine look. Colours such as coral spring, cream and black and oversize scarves in many varieties completes the look of a true urban pirate in the year 2009.

Wacky Woodstock
Spring is about having fun and looking great while you're at it. With the March delivery Sirup turns up the volume with a boho chic fashion statement. Flirty dresses with tasty casual details are a must from AM to PM.

Casual tie-n-dyed t-shirts, leggings and tunics combined with laid-back cargo pants or overalls takes you right back to Woodstock. Hippie jeans and denim waistcoats with embroidery and front printed T-Shirts brings Janis Joplin back to life and makes us remember that love and peace is oh so necessary.

The colour palette is white, grey and paisley purple with a touch of mint and mixed with loads of funky jeans wear. With the Sirup Spring 2009 collection it is up to you if you want to go casual chic or PM perfect.

Sirup is part of the Danish fashion group; Kaffe Clothing Company. Since the brand was launched in 2006 the collections have developed to be a full concept brand and carry everything from cool coats to sassy tops.
