Fashion designers have a reputation for designing the weirdest of clothing from their demanding customers. But a bikini-jean designed by a Japanese designer takes the cake. Sandra has designed a jean which rests on a thong.
Fibre2fashion spoke to Paula, an employee of the design company; Sanna's owned by Sandra. She said, “The idea came from a customer who wanted the trousers increasingly lower and finding the request of the costumer's very difficult to make it lower without letting the pants fall came the idea of the strings like bikini to let the pants really low without falling”.
She continued, “It was then drawn up on an ultra low-rise pants with a bikini string for support and the first and second model of the bikini-pants was made in lycra pants. It has caught the attention of the bold Japanese women and now Sandra looks forward to promoting the same in UK and other countries, where she expects bold women to be attracted".
