Skins Footwear, innovators of interchangeable fashion footwear, launched a new front page to its web site, which features scrolling photos of the company's entire spring / summer collection and hints at e-commerce and other interactive elements coming soon.

“We've been working hard on the next version of our web site, so I wanted to give everyone a peak at what we're doing,” said Mark Klein, CEO of Skins Footwear. “We're also very proud of our spring / summer line, which according to our retail partners is getting good responses across the country.”

Skins Footwear combines high fashion and high technology to achieve new levels of comfort and style for men and women. Skins shoes are made of a unique, two-part structure consisting of an outer collapsible "Skin" and an inner support section called the "Bone."

The Skins spring / summer collection, which features premium leathers and detailed workmanship built around the framework of the company's third generation Bone, is the initial result of the company's new partnership with manufacturers in Brazil.

The Skins spring / summer collection can be found at retailers throughout the U.S., including Footwear Etc. in northern California and San Diego; Sportie LA in southern California; Casserd's in San Francisco; J Stephens in southern California; Saxon Shoes in Richmond, Va.; Littles in Pittsburgh; Hawley Lane, Conn.; Summerlin Shoes Las Vegas; James Davis in Memphis; The Walk Shop Tallahassee; Battaglia in Miami and Aventura, Florida; Blue Sole Shoes Philadelphia; Island Shoes Pawleys Island, S.C.; The Shoe Market Greenville, N.C.; David Parker Shoes Nashville; and Bachrach stores in Nashville, Dallas, McLean, Va., Oklahoma City, and Troy and Novi, Mich.
