Outlet Premium Sao Paulo, a project strategically located in Itupeva, in the State of Sao Paulo, will be open, June 27. The project's gross leasable area (GLA) totals 17,715 square meters, of which General Shopping Brasil has a 30% interest, with an option to acquire another 20%.
Outlet Premium Sao Paulo is a super-regional mall with 1,200 parking spaces and 80 stores, among which are Adidas, Alexandre Herchcovitch, Animale, Aramis, Blue Beach, Buckman, Calvin Klein, Canal, Capodarte, Carmen Steffens, CVC, Diesel, Dumond, Ellus, Everlast, Expand Store, Fiorucci, Griletto, Hering, Home and Cook, Hope, Hugo Boss, Iodice, John John, Lacoste, Le Mark, Le Postiche, Levi's, Lingerie Outlet, Lunender, M.
