Duty Free Paris adds 11 fashion shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle

Duty Free Paris, the joint venture between Aéroports de Paris and The Nuance Group, further expands its presence at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. As of today, eleven additional fashion and accessories stores open their doors in terminals T2C, T2F and T3 covering 760 square metres, bringing up the total number of shops in the portfolio to 23.

Amongst the eleven shops taken over by Duty Free Paris, eight host major international brands in the fashion and accessories sectors such as Armani, Hermès, Burberry, Ferragamo, Céline, Hugo Boss and Longchamp.

In addition, Duty Free Paris has opened three multi-brand concepts, two “Attitude” stores and one “Cult” shop. These concepts have been successful among passengers at several Nuance-operated airports. They offer well-known international brands such as Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Sonia Rykiel, Thomas Sabo, Swarovski, Wolford, Esprit, Roxy, Quicksilver, Guess, Longchamp and Kipling. All of them furthermore boast an event space, "Trendy table", dedicated to trendy French brands, which will rotate their offer throughout the year.

The choice of brands offered in these new shops is tailored to match the needs of the passengers going through the terminals. Terminal 2F, an international terminal as well as a Sky Team hub, hosts flights to main destinations across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, while Terminal 3 handles holiday makers.

The new shops:
• Terminal 2C: Hugo Boss, Armani
• Terminal 2F1: Hermes; Hugo Boss& Longchamp; Attitude
• Terminal 2F2: Hermes; Burberry/Ferragamo; Celine; Longchamp; Attitude
• Terminal 3: Cult

Duty Free Paris – The joint venture between Parisian airport operator Aéroports de Paris and The Nuance Group was founded in late 2008 and started operating nine fashion & accessories shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport in January 2009. The company now operates a total of 23 stores covering 1,597 square metres, with a total of 28 outlets scheduled to open across Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports in 2009 alone.
