CPH Vision - great kick-off event of CFW Spring/Summer 2010

"It's a new dawn, it's a new day.." Nina Simone sings. A girl is standing at the end of the catwalk. The lights are off and the spotlights are on - and so is the CPH Vision Show Spring/Summer'10.

In a crowded Børsen the limelight of Danish & international press gathered to see what the exhibitors of Copenhagen Fashion fairs suggest for next summer.

Starting with a feeling of new beginnings and brighter times, a colour range of nude, white and grey and materials like silk, linen and knitted cotton were presented in the first part of the show and as the show went on brighter blues, yellows, turquoises and sequins came along.

As a follow-up on this summer's boyfriend look, pointy shoulders, suits and blazers were also seen in the catwalk. Build with the aim to make Copenhagen the business capital of the world and being one of Copenhagen's "proudest" buildings with a history of business since early 1600, the old stock exchange building was the perfect location to express the overall theme at Copenhagen Fashion Fairs this season ; "Is Fashion Show or Business, at CPH Vision it's both."

With a great vibe and optimistic energy in the air, the CPH Vision Show was the great kick-off event of Copenhagen Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010!
