Mr Rosengard leaves Perry Ellis Collection

Perry Ellis International announced that Paul Rosengard Group President of Perry Ellis and Premium Brands is leaving his position to pursue other interests.
"We want to thank Paul for his four years of service to Perry Ellis International. He helped guide our Perry Ellis brand through a difficult period of retail consolidations, major changes in the competitive landscape and the most difficult consumer environment since the 1930's. We wish Paul the best in his new endeavors," remarked Perry Ellis International Chairman and CEO George Feldenkreis.
Following Mr. Rosengard's departure, Ms. Shawna Smith-Hogan will assume the role of interim head of the division until a successor is selected. Ms. Smith-Hogan will be reporting directly to Oscar Feldenkreis, President and COO of Perry Ellis International. Ms. Smith-Hogan has been the Executive Vice President of Sales for Perry Ellis Collection since July of 2008. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Claiborne Sportswear at Liz Claiborne, Inc.
