Rebranding of iModel and Talent

Hollywood Studios International CEO and Chairman Sir Steven Saxton announced today that the Company has acquired Beverly Hills-based modeling management company iModel and Talent (www.mi-agency.com).
Simultaneously, Sir Steven also announced that the Company will be rebranded as Models International. Models International currently has offices in Los Angeles and New York and represents over 400 male and female models throughout the United States. Hollywood Studios International intends to expand Models International domestically in Miami, and internationally in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paulo and Dubai.
Models International is LA's premier boutique modeling agency. With recent expansion into the lucrative New York market, Models International is poised and positioned to become one of the world's top full service modeling agencies. MI represents top modeling talent from around the world. MI models grace the covers and pages of the top editorial publications. They also participate in worldwide fashion campaigns and walk the runways from New York to Paris to Milan.
