Warnaco names new head of Calvin Klein Jeans

The Warnaco Group, Inc. announced the appointment of David Cunningham to President of its Calvin Klein Jeans division. Mr. Cunningham will oversee design, development, merchandising, marketing and sales for the Calvin Klein Jeans brand and will report directly to Frank Tworecke, President of the Sportswear Group. Mr. Cunningham is assuming the position previously held by Janice Sullivan, who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests.

Cunningham joined Warnaco in 2006, as President of the Company's Chaps business. Previously he was with Paul Davril, Inc. where he served as Group President for the Kenneth Cole Men's and Women's brands, as well as for Ecko Red. In addition, Cunningham worked for Timberland, as Senior Vice President of their Apparel division, and for Tommy Hilfiger USA, where he was Senior Vice President of Tommy Hilfiger Jeans.
