NID student bags Wills Lifestyle debut award

When asked about the reason behind participating in design competitions, he said, “Design competitions motivates young designers as they help them in grabbing media attention, other then fetching great exposure to working with good brands and labels, and other then recognition, such completions also help the young aspirants to evaluate there own creativity.
“So, irrespective of winning or losing in a competition, whether at a national level or international level, every time you can be a self critique, which in turn gives you an opportunity to improve for the better for the next time, and this is all I had in mind when I first decided to participate.”
To conclude this very interesting interview, we asked him to share some of his immediate and future plans as a debuting designer, he replied by saying, “After making a mark through this competition, I have bagged an opportunity to work with ITC and Wills lifestyle as a designer.”
