N-W welcomes ambassador of the World of Polo (Nacho)

Nuance-Watson Singapore Ralph Lauren Fragrances bring world renowned Polo player Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras to Singapore Changi International Airport for an exclusive appearance.

Voted the second most handsome men by Vanity Fair readers, World-class polo player Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras who embodies the many facets of today's modern Polo man was recently chosen to represent the World of Polo fragrances Polo Modern Reserve, Polo Blue and Polo Black.

In June 2010, Nacho paid his first ever visit to Asia for a Polo tournament in Singapore. As the ambassador of the World of Polo fragrances, Nacho took this opportunity to promote Ralph Lauren Polo fragrances via an exclusive store appearance at the Perfumes + Cosmetic Shop at T2 Changi Airport.

Known for his sportsmanship and versatility, Argentina born model and polo player Nacho is a face world audiences' love. Nacho is an epitome of modern masculinity for men around the world and travellers had the chance to come into close contact with Nacho in photography sessions and an exclusive lucky draw.

Nacho shared his experience as the ambassador of The World of Polo fragrances and how he lives as the modern Polo man: “When he isn't playing polo in the world's most prestigious tournaments and promoting its heritage as an ambassador, he is sailing with his young family off the coast of Punta del Este, Urugua,y and breeding horses on his ranch outside of Buenos Aires,” said, Mr. Guillaume de Lesquen, General Manager of Ralph Lauren Fragrances.

Nuance-Watson (Singapore) managing director Ken Tse said: “The collaboration with Ralph Lauren is another effort to bring new excitement to passengers at Changi Airport and for us to continually innovate the retail-tainment platform in travel retail industry.”

Scental sees this unprecedented partnership “as the first step of a new engagement to continuously enhance customers' shopping experience in the Travel-Retail environment.”
