Thomas Sabo shines at the Grand Canal Shoppes

Sterling silver maestro and international jewelry designer Thomas Sabo hosted the V.I.P grand opening of his second location in Las Vegas at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Las Vegas. Designer Nicky Hilton, socialite Olivia Palermo and professional BMX rider Ricardo Laguna were among the 200 guests who admired the beautiful jewelry before heading next door to Las Vegas hot spot TAO for the private after party. In celebration of the opening, Mayor Oscar Goodman proclaimed June 4 "Thomas Sabo Day" in the city of Las Vegas.

"We believe Las Vegas is one of the best retail destinations in the world and we are excited to grow and expand our brand within this vibrant city," said Thomas Sabo. "Our first Las Vegas store in the Fashion Show Mall has been a tremendous success and we believe that a location in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian in the heart of the Strip will attract even more attention from visitors and locals. To commemorate our bond with Las Vegas, we have designed some special jewelry and charms that represent the heart and passion of the city."

The new store reflects Thomas Sabo's distinct design personality with its remarkable decor of silver and black highlighted with orange pops of color. Rhinestone encrusted skulls greet customers at the door displaying the latest trends in necklaces, earrings, rings and charms. Lining the walls are the sterling pieces featuring must-have colors and innovative shapes in the quintessential Sabo design aesthetic.

Exceptional choice of materials and handcrafted attention to detail has allowed Thomas Sabo to establish himself as the premier jeweler in the silver market and his sixth sense for trends and the newest designs continually surprises and thrills the fashion world.
