NFI receives great feedback at CPH Vision

This August during Copenhagen Fashion Week, Norwegian Fashion Institute presented a stand to promote Norwegian fashion at CPH Vision. This is the third season NFI participates in the CFW and the very first time we are there as exhibitors.

The Norwegian Fashion Institute (NFI) was a central meeting point at CPH Vision. NFI designed a social hub to promote the Norwegian fashion industry without selling any products. Visitors from all over Europe including buyers, stylists, journalists, pr agencies and other fashion professionals came by for a glass of wine, a coffee and a chat.

The magazines from SVA and Oslo Fashion Week were distributed in designed NFI goodiebags and we had to restock already after the first day. Copenhagen Fashion Week is an important platform for Scandinavian fashion brands as a variety of Norwegian brands exhibit at the trade shows CPH Vision, Terminal 2, Bella Center and Gallery.

NFI was strategically placed in the mid aisle at Øksnehallen and a selection of fashion shows and footage from Norwegian fashion brands was screened on the stand. The stand had a simple and clean layout with recognizable graphics and Norwegian furniture to communicate and promote our message and organization.

We gathered information about all the Norwegian exhibitors in Copenhagen and distributed catalogues and press releases to potential buyers. This was a great way for all professionals to meet, sit down and take a moment before running off to pressing engagements. We collected business cards and information about most of the visitors who came by the stand, and received great feedback.
