Julianna Margulies models for L'Oreal Paris

L'Oreal USA is pleased to announce a new addition to the L'Oreal Paris distinguished list of spokespeople. The beauty care company has signed award-winning actress, Julianna Margulies, as a new brand ambassador.
"Entering into a partnership with Julianna Margulies is truly exciting for us," said Cyril Chapuy, Global Brand President, L'Oreal Paris. "Aside from her unique beauty, Julianna is one of the most compassionate women in the business. She's an exceptional addition to our amazing roster of spokespeople and we're extremely proud to support her."
Margulies has entered into an exclusive North American contract to appear in advertising campaigns for L'Oreal Paris, which will debut in the United States beginning in 2011. "I'm honored to represent a brand that is rich in history, synonymous with beauty and reflective of the modern woman," said Julianna Margulies. "As a fan of L'Oreal Paris, I am excited to work with a brand that puts forth elegant campaigns and offers quality beauty products."
The award-winning actress currently stars in the critically acclaimed series "The Good Wife," on CBS. After the first season, Margulies won a Golden Globe and SAG award for her portrayal of Alicia Florrick, the loyal yet betrayed wife of a politician who must re-enter the work force after her husband is sent to prison. Margulies also starred for six seasons on the ground breaking series, "ER," in which she earned multiple awards, including an Emmy, Golden Globe and several SAG awards. Most recently she starred in "City Island," which won the audience award at the Tribeca Film Festival. "We are delighted to welcome Julianna into our L'Oreal Paris family of spokespeople," said Karen T. Fondu, President of L'Oreal Paris. "In addition to her obvious talent and beauty, Julianna is a charming, inspirational and accomplished woman who embodies the spirit of our brand philosophy 'Because You're Worth It.'"
