Organized by Slow Fashion Spain, the two-day event is an initiative that seeks to demonstrate how fashion can become compatible as a sustainable industry. During the event several seminars and presentations would be made by industry experts on how to transform the Spanish fashion industry into a sustainable industry.
Renowned Spanish eco-entrepreneur and director of Ecologing Nicola Cerantola and biologist Manuel Quiros would be opening the conference by making a presentation on ‘Being Inspired by Nature: Eco Design and Biomimicry’.
The two-day conference will see participation from renowned industry experts such as Sara del Rio from Greenpeace, Monste Escutia from Biocultura and Jesus Hurtado from Red Creative and Sustainable, who would provide insights on using innovative technologies that create less damage to the environment.
Experts and industry professionals attending the conference would explore various topics such as toxic chemicals used in fashion, use of sustainable materials and clean processes to help environment.
