Yoox Net-A-Porter net revenues up 20.2% in Q2 2017

Yoox Net-A-Porter Group earned net revenues of €519.3 million in the second quarter of 2017, up 20.2 per cent on an organic basis (15.2 per cent reported), compared with €450.8 million in the second quarter of 2016. The company has also witnessed solid growth in all of its key markets, with North America and Asia Pacific being the fastest growing regions.

The company also reported excellent performance across its three business lines for Q2 2017. Its multi-brand in-season net revenues went up 19.5 per cent; multi-brand off-season net revenues increased 21.5 per cent and gross merchandise value of online flagship stores (GMV) increased 22.6 per cent.

Net revenues of Yoox Net-A-Porter for the first half of 2017 ended June 30, 2017 was €1 billion on an organic basis, compared with €897 million in the same period last year. First-half adjusted EBITDA of €98 million, up 28.1 per cent compared with €76.5 million in the first half of 2016.

First-half adjusted net income of the group was €38 million compared with €37 million in the first half of 2016 (after €15.6 million of non-cash amortisation related to the Purchase Price Allocation) net of its related tax effect and €6.6 million of non-cash costs relating to incentive plans net of their related tax effects, net income at €20.6 million in the first half of 2017 compared with €18.8 million in the same period of previous year)

The company’s positive net financial position was of €84.7 million compared with €104.7 million on December 31, 2016. (KD)
