Billabong International Limited has appointed Peter Myers as Group Chief Financial Officer.Mr Myers has held several senior executive roles with high profile listed entities including nine y ears as CFFO of APNN News & Media Limited and nine years with Network Ten, including six years as CFFO.
He has extensive experience working on a number of successful and complex transactions including IPO’s, takeovers, refinancing and acquisitions.
“Peter has over 30 years of experience and insight at b both a corporate and an operational level,” said Billabong CEO Launa Inman. “He understands the company’s current position, has a deep understanding of working with a wider team in implementing transformational strategies and will make a valuable contribution.”
