Woolrich-Weeplay tie up for boy's wear

Woolrich, the Original Outdoor Clothing Company, announces it has entered into a multi-year licensing agreement with Weeplay Kids, LLC of New York, NY, to develop, produce, market and sell boy's sportswear and layette apparel in the U.S and Canada. The license includes boy's outerwear, sleepwear, and accessories in boy's sizes 0-20. The first collection will be available at retail in Fall 2012.

“Weeplay is a leader in the childrenswear market and a partner we can depend on to successfully interpret the strengths of our brand for the children's market,” said Nick Brayton, Director Domestic Licensing at Woolrich.

“We're very excited to be partnering with Woolrich,” said Isaac Maleh, Brand Manager of Weeplay Kids, LLC. “Along with its amazing heritage and brand strength, Woolrich gives us a new avenue to explore different fabrications, and different ways of incorporating the latest fabrics into garments.”

The Fall 2012 collection will be available for viewing at Weeplay's showroom in New York City later this Fall.
